Jiraiya ain't coming back, probably orochimaru might meet tsunade. yamato is incapacitated (disabled) they need his healthy vitamins for the zetsu clones and anyway I hope Yamato survives, I really liked the dude.

Well we might see Tsunade, should Hashirama pass by her en-route to the war, but Jiraya would most likely not come back.
Yamato of course is still alive.

It's a nice idea, but HIGHLY unlikley, Ero-Sennin can't come back because his body is in the bottom of the ocean.
even if Edo has been improved and modified, they still can't get him back, even with Oro's jutsu being back and all.
Yamato on the other hand is a good possibilities, cause if you remember... Kabuto said they need Yamato, alive, to power the Zetsu clones, and i dont remember him being killed after the Zetsu clones were all defeated!!

Yamato wouldn't be Hashirama's twin brother, why? Because... Yamato wasn't born a Senju, he's one of Oro's experiments!!

Being a twin would mean that they born simultaniously... Lets not forget!!
