Just a little, I do enjoy the way the manga is now as well though. The power scaling might have changed a bit but the action is still enjoyable for me.

That's why it's called Naruto shipuden and the previous was Naruto..(things were minor back then in naruto)

Lol Back when using a jutsu evolving lenghty hand signs and actually used chakra... Now people are teleporting with S/T, Using jutsu by putting there hands together or even OPENING THERE EYES, or creating rasengans the size of an elephant.

Its a classic problem, the same one bleach. You start off with everyone being perfectly fine, then you introduce a strong villain who takes it up a notch, and ofcourse the main hero and his friends need to also go up a notch to beat him, then a new villain comes in to take it up another notch, and again the heroes go up a notch to beat him... 12 villains later things have gotten out of control.

Its like when you see a sitcom with cute little kids and everyone is laughing, then 5 season later the little kid has a beard and mustache and things feel a little weird.. I wish for once there would be a series that thinks ahead and finds unique ways to introduce a villain other than just making him stupidly stronger/faster/OPer than everyone else... x__x

I know right, now naruto can make a tbb the size of the moon and not even break a sweat!

Would you really want that? Naruto is god-like now, if he gets any stronger then the series will be terrible. A complete remake of DBZ!

I don't know. Obviously things change and progress.
I kind of like the Naruto we're in right now starting from like when Naruto and Sasuke fought to the point we're in right now. Its more pilosophical and the themes Kishimoto uses right now are totally applicable to the real world and even on a personal level. So yeah I do miss the little things we saw in Part I but I appreciate the subjects Part II raises even more.

Kind of. It was funny when kakashi was like God compared to naruto and Sasuke. A time when there was only one kind of rasengan and Sasuke's only lightning Justu was the chidori. Now naruto and Sasuke are ridiculously OP but I guess it's still good.

back then naruto was more refreshing... everything was tactical and authentic and power was measured by wits rather than dojutsu and senju cells. Not only that, I miss the days when your top ten ninjas would be hard to entirely compile..like there was so many different styles of war introduced and none of them really overlapped or got severely outshined...

This word for word. When strategy, ingenuity, and teamwork mattered. Now it's just everyone mobbing Obito and Madara while they spam EMS, Rinnegan, Senju DNA, and Bijuu Cloak.
I miss the variety and individualism that the series used to have.

I honestly never liked part 1 Naruto, and only got back into Naruto because it was around the time they were going to reveal the akatsuki leader Pain and I really wanted to see.....I got hooked afterwards

I don't care if it's about ninjas or not

The action, the jutsu, the story, the characters, and the locations are infinitely better in shippuden imo

One piece pirates aren't real pirates and bleach shinigami aren't real shinigami.....but they're still enjoyable
