Could anyone make an OP anime quality pic of a character whos face is similar to luffys but has a serious expression, is wearing black shoes, black pants, grey long sleved shirt, black vest over the shirt and a white admiral cloak draped over the shoulders ... just standing upright?

it would be nice if the pic would be a little larger (about say 550x1000) and about yey quality:

well yea similar to, with a similar face but not as goofy but with those clothes, basically something you could put in a wiki page of the character if he was real
