I've seen a couple of threads last few days stating that Tobirama's FTG is probably better than Minato's, an assumption based off on the fact that Hashirama asked Tobirama to teleport them to the battlefield.
I, however, think that Minato's FTG is better than Tobirama's in any case. Reason?
Because for one thing, Minato states seeing Obito's Kamui that its better than second's and his own....(1)
We also know that the reason Minato said so was because Obito's did not need seals...(2)
Another thing we saw is that Obito's Kamui teleporting him to Minato's location was obviously not instantaneous as FTG teleporting Minato, from which its obvious that Minato S/T jutsu is more battle-oriented...(3)
From (1), (2) and (3) we can assess that (since Minato claimed that Obito's S/T jutsu which didn't use seals, but was not battle oriented, as better than his and second's. If Tobirama's FTG didn't require seals and needed less prep time than Kamui, then its obviously better than Kamui) either Tobirama's FTG required seals or some sort of beacon, or it required more prep time than Obito's Kamui.
