when the juubi is eventually defeated naruto will use some jutsu to separate it into the 7 bijuu obito had collected....thus all those 7 bijuu will have an independant existence. Not only that, the 8 tails from bee and the 9 tails from naruto will be extracted somehow and will live independantly. Bee and naruto will survive because of large chakra reserves(or atleast that's what i hope so) This probably would make sense because now all the 9 bijuu believe in naruto and can be convinced that they won't be used as tools anymore. just like the sage had predicted, naruto will unite them under one wing and work side by side along with them to defend the shinobi nation.

You are giving your own interpretation of the fact. Rikudo said they will become one will again meaning there will be a single beast. Besides, your interpretation is really fallacious because Rikudo never said they will be combined to create true power. Actually, it said that someone who already has true power will lead them to the right path.

No, Killer Bee and Naruto will die from extraction, having large chakra reserves doesn't keep you alive, it might prolong the dieing but that's it.

Kushina didn't survive the extraction, she just didn't die right away, that's why Minato sealed her chakra into Naruto.

The other 7 Jinchuiki also had large chakra reserves, its a requirement for being a Jinchuriki and they still died.

Plus the 9 tails is a part of the story by being sealed inside Naruto, it has to do with the one shot that started the series.

Taking it away from him would change the story, Naruto is supposed to be a bit of a freak, that's part of his character that he is an outcast.
