It was off screened so you don't know if Susanoo tanked it or not. But we do know that his mokuton bindings come undone after taking that attack as well as him being covered in scratches.

I'm sure he does care now that he and Obito no longer have the Juubi under control, it doesn't matter about him being immortal losing the Juubi's control goes against the plan. The SA are more than capable of beating Madara and Obito it's that monster behind those two that are the problem. I wouldn't exactly call it holding back either when they tried to nuke them with the Juubi's tbb at point blank range.

Lee is already fast as hell with Kyuubi chakra his speed is even more fearsome and Madara could't react in time. Madara has never been raped like that before and Madara already said taijutsu is the best was to defeat him.

1. For me mokuton bindings coming undone implies him being atleast damaged and for that to happen his susanoo would have to be damaged. Also for an edo to have scratches all over him implies the attack got through. I don't get the Itachi point he had nothing else going at the same time, just that his susanoo got blasted away and he get a little damaged by the attack.

2. He cared before as loosing the Juubi as it goes against the plan. He physically couldn't protect himself that's why he got separated. Getting split in two without being able to react counts as an 'ass kicking' for me. I'm also fairly certain there's a scan of him saying he's serious against just Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy. [

You should just get of NB period because we need less people like you. Anyone is capable of beating someone ranked above them if they are the perfect wy to fight them. Madara has said twice already Taijutsu is the way to beat me and so far only taijutsu has worked on him. I'm not saying Guy and Lee> Madara but they are very well capable of defeating him and seem to be one of the best 2 choices of the SA to fight Madara because again TAIJUTSU. Not to mention the well hyped 8th gate which was said to give power greater than any Kage.
