Miakoda: *kisses Arie before picking her up and carrying her back to the Center of their Territory, Aka the Lycan's Den and points to the very large 3 Story Log Cabin that had been constructed in the center of the Village* I am not sure how Elves feel about living in simple tents so... I built this for us! *Miakoda walks inside and reveals all of the various furnishings from both Elven and Lycan cultures* So what do you think of our new home? I mean it's no Elven Mansion...

Arie looks at all the furnishings then back to Miakoda. "It doesn't have to be an Elven Mansion, in my opinion this is better." Arie smiles and kisses Miakoda's cheek before resting her head on his shoulder. She closes her eyes but is still smiling.

Arie blushes a bit. "You're welcome. I'm glad I found you too Miakoda." She smiles wider and holds you a bit tighter.
Miakoda: *gets closer and whispers something in Arie's ear that makes her blush before chuckling and leading her up to the Master Bedroom* And here is where we will sleep! It has a perfect view of the surrounding Area and has a nice lil Balcony!

Arie, still blushing, looks at the bedroom. "I feel like I'm being spoiled now. Everything here is amazing." 
*Bertrand takes the floor*

Elders of the Elven Council of Ellestrazia, I come before you today representing Montheria and humanity. Under decree of my King, I have come to claim the contested lands that border our two countries!
*the Council starts murmuring in disapproval and begin to protest. Bertrand silences them with a wave of his hand*
I did not come unprepared! This is not a coercion of any means! We humans will be willing to negotiate acceptable terms for us in exchange for such a proposal!
What say you, Council? Surely you cannot refuse for the sake of racial harmony and peace?
(It has begun. Remember Miakoda owns this land)
Miakoda: *smiles* I have just simply put all of my energies into love and peace...instead of hatred and war... *Miakoda sits on the bed and smiles* There are better ways for a man to spend his timeArie, still blushing, looks at the bedroom. "I feel like I'm being spoiled now. Everything here is amazing."

(Not ALL the land but like 80% of it since the other 20% would be for people to travel through without interfereing with the lycans)
The council discussed it among themselves before turning to Bertrand. "Bertrand of Montheria, your king has never expressed interest in expanding before. We regret to inform you that a close friend of the elves, Miakoda of the Migan Tribe of Lycans has already procured the land for his kind. In his original land his kinds and the elves in that area shared a mutual respect for one another. we have decided to extend that friendship to him here. In exchange for the land he promises that all the tribes he unites will fight as our allies in the coming conflict against the vampires." a third speaker said to Bertrand relaying the Council's decision.

*Bertrand ponders for a moment. Then a sly smile appears on his face*
*with some slight malice* ...Very well then. I shall respect and relay this decision to my King. There shall be no deal this day, then. I... appreciate you giving me this audience..
*Bertrand and his two elite guards walk out. He turns to the Council before exiting*

*Bertrand storms out of the Council chambers, and makes his way back to the Luxurious Inn where he was staying*
