sasuke has both spirt weapons sword and shield PROOF (the first to find)

He discovered them/ found them so it didn't come with his eyes. Idk what his specialty for his eyes was, they didn't really specify it. it was suspected to be Amateratsu and Tsukuyomi but then it was stated that those two techniques were required to use susano... itachi unlocked them, and Madara has susano too. Obito cant because he only has one eye, same with kakashi, and lastly i think sasuke got help from itachi so thats how he got it. basically he was really good with Tsukuyomi but it can be unlocked by other sharingans and his weapons were found so his special technique is still a mystery same with madara. Shisui had KA and Obitos set had Kamui, so that leaves Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke out. However their Susano differs in a couple of ways, Madara is the only known user to get PS, Sasuke has the crossbow and is good with Blaze/ Amateratsu control, and Itachis has nothing but his weapons.
