and is able to kamui people in a instant
so how the hell can they beat him in a 1v1 battle

Since when did Minato almost lose? Underrating Minato in that fight is truly severe here. Minato got jumped from behind, countered Kamui, figured it out in 5 seconds, and handed Obito his ass. It wasn't even close, once Minato figured Kamui out.

In terms of people who are alive that could solo obito I agree that he could beat anyone 1v1(the ones who come the closest in my mind are the Raikage/Sasuke EMS/Naruto KM/Kakashi with more chakra reserves) However there are Edos that could handle him no problem 1v1.

Not to mention that his chakra reserves are not to good. Itachi may have a chance. If we are going non edo itachi then with his illness he won't make it too long. You have to fight with 2 or more to even enter the kamui zone or to have a jutsu longer than 5 minutes.
