Hidan technically wins all fights... right?

Okay, this may sound stupid but according to all fight rules pretty much, Hidan wins!

He doesn't forfeit and he doesn't die where as his opponent's leaves which is considered running away which results in forfeiting the fight.

He loses the fight but he wins the match all the time, agree?

Nah, he loses almost all fights v.i.a ko essentially not being able to continue the fight. Haven't you ever played pokemon?

What do you mean? Hidan cant be killed (well, it isnt true eaither, techniques like Jinton, C4 or TBB would annihilate his completely, and therefore, kill him), but he can be defeated in combat. If someone is unable to continue the fight, he loses, as simple as that.

Not true just cut of his head and keep it away from his body and he will die eventually.
The only way he can die is due to haveing no nutrition or food. That's why I think he might be dead by now depending on how long its been since my man Shikamaru put him in a ditch after he out smarted him and blew him to pieces.

People like naruto and Kisame have large chakra researves so they can problly fight for longer.

It depends what do you mean by survive. Lets say that hes hit by C2 or another strong technique. His brain and another parts of the body are all over the place. I dont think that existing in form like that, with no consciousness whatsoever can be described as living.

And like like said before, techniques like Jinton, C4, TBB or Amaterasu are able to eridicate him completely.
