Ok, this dude slaughtered thousands of people. He experiments (Yes he does do experiments. How else would he make a human puppet?) on people and then calls them ART. Also, he brought his own home into chaos when he killed the Third Kazekage. So how evil is he??

Well, Sasori kinda did the same thing when he killed the Kazekage since one of the village elders said that the village went into chaos because of that. I like Sasori's evil personality.

Sasori was a bad guy; a S-Missing0Nin but not an evil. He did human puppet experiment to take his skills to a whole new level for a puppet master. He killed 3rd Kazekage to make 3rd Kazekage his personal weapon tool. So in conclusion, Sasori was a bad guy but not evil in my opinion.
