Got Any Tips on Stuffy Noses?

Does anyone know of a easier way to get rid of a stuffy nose, because I've had one since Friday. Also I tried Dayquil, but I still have a stuffy nose.

Hold your nose while walking back and forth for a few seconds..And eat some soup(Warm/Hot). Or Eat spicy.

Menthol chewing gum, (airwaves) or Vapo-rub. Or just use a truck load of tissues. Or use some kind of ninjutsu to unblock it, if your feeling lucky it might just work...
