Tobirama clearly stated they were almost revived at full power. That means Hashirama > Edo Hashirama.

Edo Madara was revived beyond his prime. Edo Madara > EMS Madara.

Therefore, we can assume Edo Madara > Hashirama > Edo Hashirama > EMS Madara.

Hashirama, with help from Naruto, Sasuke, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Orochimaru, Ninja Allinace, Tsunade, A, Gaara, Mei, Ohnoki, Previous Kages, SO6P.
