[Question] Ranks ? How to get higher ?

Hey

I got a question. Everyone has these Ranks below their Avatars. Some say Chuunin some Jounin
but how do you get a higher one ?

Well I have another question and don't want to open something new. Before we had these green squares we used to have a number for the amount of Reputations we got. So speaking of numbers, do I loose some of mine when I give someone reputation ? So is it like I have 100 points and give someone 10 and then I only got 90 ?

Ranks matter only when you're a Role Player .

no... if u go to user cp and go down a bit you will see how much 'reputation power' you have.... this is what someone you rep gets...

for example i have 4 rep power... if i rep you then you gain 4 rep .... but i dont lose anything
