dude tobi won by plot. Biggest case of plot. He was tagged by ftg, he couldn't escape in the first place. Why did minato not continue blitzing him? Just kunai to the kidney and that's it? Minato could have continued attacking, tobi was already badly injured and couldn't teleport without getting solid. That fight had so much PNJ.
How did tobi walk away from a rasengan to the back so easily? How did he then walk away from a kunai? Why did minato only use kunai the second time? He could've easily done a second rasengan. Why did he let obito flee? so much he could have done to stop the manga from progressing any further. But, then, the manga wouldn't progress any further...
