Sorry another kekkei tota question

Sorry about making another thread about kekkei totas. I realize that I could have asked this question on my other thread but I felt like making a new thread. so here goes. If someone has three elements and has quite considerable strength can you make a kekkei tota or use a previously created kekkei tota like dust or lava release by yourself?? or would you have to get someone who knew how to use a kekkei tota to teach you??

There is only one kekkai tota we know of. The literal definition is "part/selection of a bloodline" however we dont know if Muu and ooniki are related or not. They may be of the same clan just not immediate family members or not related at all. If the latter is true then it would make sense anyone with mastery over 3 elements could learn it.

But if anyone with mastery of 3 elements could learn it there would be more than just 1 out there.

KT can be anything if you have innate affinity for each of the 3 elements.It differs from person to person if their chakra natures are different.Even if you have the affinity skill is needed to combine them and the elements should be compatible.The mizukage has a dual KG but doesn't have a KT.

Nah, Mei the mizukage has a mastery over 3 elements and can use them in combination with each other creating lava release and boil release. She cannot use a kekkai tota even though she can use two Kekkai genkai.
