Since Mito was Tsunade's Grandmother, and Hashi was her Grandfather, I'd say yes, they did have a child together. Who it was hasn't been confirmed yet though.

What if Minato is the son of Tobirama? Like Naruto. Before he doesn't know that his father is Minato.
In the mangga series, we didnt know the origin of Minato. So like Tobirama, Minato can use FTG.


What if = ei. Minato Namikaze+Uzumaki Kushina = Uzumaki Naruto
What if = ei. Tobirama Senju+ Unknown Namikaze = Minato Namikaze

Nah, Naruto's last name is Uzumaki because if he had been named Naruto Namikaze, Iwa would have been all over him faster than Rock Lee on steroids. I supposed he never bothered to change it seeing as he was used to it & they are kind of fighting a war for the fate of the Elemental Nations.
