im not really sure the real reason...maybe he switched at the last second.....hes definantly fast enough

azin controls all 5 senses maybe ichigo was screaming at them the hole time but azin dint let them hear him......and he made the captions miss momo until he wanted her to get hit,,,,,,,,

everyone but ichigo was caught in the genjutsu cuz of aizen's zanpakutou
ichigo wasnt watching the fight because he was not to look at the kyokasuigetsu

this is from what i remember, im not 100% sure

she was Aizen's naive little LT/vice captain and toshiro's friend (not a puppet or fake person like mayuri's "daughter") idk how she survived all the horrible wounds she has gotten especially getting hit by captains like in that fight, but Aizen is a very high level shinigami so no doubt he could have flash stepped and switched her with his place, idk why it took so long for ichigo to be like "Da Fuq?" except it made Aizen look even more impossible to beat the time because it looked like the captains were pressuring him until then.

aizen used kyoka suigetsu and made toshiro think it was aizen. it's pretty obvious >_>

I think the first stab he got by the Flower Cape captain was real...then after that, he simply switched out really fast with Momo...that or it was always Momo getting her butt kicked. Ichigo might have been in complete shock if Aizen did a sudden switcheroo. Plus, that fight scene went much faster then we think it did. The entire thing probably took seconds and by that time, Momo had gotten killed twice.
