no one we know of, sasuke's is gone, the sound 5 is dead, Anko's is gone, the only other ones were a bunch of fodder prisoners which I believe Sasuke killed/knocked out long time ago while looking for Jugo.

he possibly has the largest arsenal for a single person in the universe since his goal was to study and master every technique (which would mean at some point he has to learn sexy jutsu lol) so he could have any number of new jutsu

Tobirama maybe, with his love for forbidden techniques and Tobirama making one of the most well known and dangerous Kinjutsu plus not a lot of backstory on the senju other then hashirama still.
