She's an Uzumaki, her life force, vitality, chakra reserves and her huge chakra will serve her being a great vessel for the Kyuubi.

The Kurama's Vessel's were all Uzumaki's.

Konohamaru, Sasuke, and anybody for that matter cannot the withstand the Kyuubi's heavy chakra. Only the Uzumaki's can restrain the massive pool of Chakra that Kurama serves, not even a Senju or anyone would be able to keep him locked down. Only the Uzumaki's, lol.
