Shikaku > Ao (Shikaku his more intelligent than Shikamaru apparently and probably has better stamina, not to mention experience, while Ao is featless).
Kurenai > Chojuro (no counter for her genjutsu).

Pretty sure as a kage body guard, Chojuro has the skills in breaking genjutsu. Any way he'd have Ao help him notice he is in a genjutsu since Ao can tell if any of their's chakra is disrupted.

In any case, Tsunade's team automatically wins since most of the people involved are far weaker or featless. Since we know she beats Mei mid-high difficulty, chances are, her team wins mid-high difficulty assuming the two sets of body guards cancel each other out.

Except Kurenai's genjutsu has some nice hype and since she isn't 'overrated' like Tobirama i don't mind using it. For Ao to help Chojuro he would have to get rid of Shikaku which i think it wouldn't happen: Shikaku won't be outsmarted by Ao and what is Ao going to use to confront his shadows, Chakra Sensing Technique? =D
