Target design a connection to Sakura? Debunked.

I came home with a fresh pile of Naruto volumes from Powells Books today, mostly from the Chuunin Exams, and I noticed something. I just wanted to let you all know that there is already a clan with a target-shaped insignia. Quite distinct from the plain circle insignia Sakura wears. So whatever connection anyone might have made between the target on Hashirama's forehead and Sakura and anything else that appears target-like ... whatever. This clan has as much claim to having a connection if it doesn't have more. In fact, there are a whole lot of different kinds of circles here:
