Izanagi (reusable?)

Danzo sharingans,


When the sharingan(s) closed[after using Izanagi], can the eye(s) be reused back again after a certain amount of time after its use?

Also, Shisui was beaten by Danzo, this thought just makes me wonder.. How strong was Danzo, when he was at his prime, most likely stronger than Hiruzen. (just a thought)

Why was Itachi so submissive to Danzo? Knowing the fact that Danzo took out his friend's eye out?

I have a feeling that the Danzo and Sasuke fight was highly biased, in favor of Sasuke.
For 10 Izanagi eyes were used so disposably/wastefully by Danzo, knowing the fact that Obito and Sasuke are present at the time, "What a wasteful effort?!" [A very fixed fight, and also a very obvious one-sided fight]

So, yeah, too late now.

What other biased/fixed fights were established in the Naruto World? (everything was fixed by Masashi, duh)
