[Theory] Naruto vs Sasuke can happen with Time Skip

I have thought about the last chapter, and come to a great theory about how Naruto and Sasuke can still end up in a fight.

When Naruto and Sasuke meet they will become friends (or at least rivals) again, and we will see the steady reformation of their friendship and they fight Madara Uchiha together and you get the idea.

However a lot of others haven't forgiven Sasuke for what he has done, and still what him dead.

After the war is over he gives a very cryptic speech to Naruto then disapears.

We flashfoward several years and Naruto is now Hokage and in his prime, we get to see what happened to a lot of other characters, then Sasuke shows up at the Villiages front gate and demands that Naruto come face him.

They fight in a epic battle and we slowly learn what happened to Sasuke as they fight, and we learn why Sasuke came back and decided that they had to fight.


This way we can see Naruto and Sasuke fight in their primes and it would make them surpassing Hashirama and Madara more realistic if it takes them decades to do it.

No the Hokage is elected, it wouldn't matter who won the villiage will chose the Hokage they want.

If they want Naruto to be Hokage then it doesn't matter if Sasuke won, Naruto would be Hokage and vice versa.

I timeskip would make sense for the naruto versus sasuke fight.

They'll do some awesome combos against Madara (like against Zabuza without even talking) then Sasuke'll get jealous and butthurt cuz Naruto seems stronger and they will eventually fight. Probably soon.

It will probably be a friendly fight where Sasuke wll once again say: "You won't be able to put a scratch on my forehead" and they will do the ninja salutation (or whatever it's called) before fighting.

Konoha would never accept an Uchiha as Hokage...not after what Madara did when he attacked Konoha, not after what Itachi did, killing his family (the village don't know the truth...yet) and after Sasuke left and joined the Akatsuki...they have cannot be trusted after all these incidents...Sasuke was a rogue ninja for about 4 years now, how could be come back like nothing happened?He also attacked Kakashi and Sakura, attacked Killer Bee so the other Nations would never accept it, attacked the Kages and killed Danzo who was something like sub-Hokage or underground Hokage or something...no chance of Sasuke becoming a Hokage UNLESS he does something really heroic...
Now for the Naruto vs Sasuke thing...i think they will fight after many years like adults with Naruto being the Hokage and Sasuke his right hand, as the guy who made the thread explained, or Sasuke will just challenge Naruto when everything is over because in the old Naruto he admitted that Naruto is strong and he would like a fight, or Sasuke intends to side with Madara and Obito as a plot twist and Naruto will face him...anyway, this fight will be awesome and i hope it will be a special episode with great animation in the anime...

I don't know, that would make the most sense for their battle. Otherwise I personally think Sasuke will die or Orochimaru will take his body.

I would like that to happen. Seeing a 21-22 year old version of Naruto as Hokage in his prime along with Sasuke as well. It would make the whole "surpassing Madz and Hashi" theme more realistic.
