[Question] Does Luffy meet Shanks or Dragon again?

I'm currently on the water 7 arc and i was wondering if luffy meets them two again at some point in the series.

Shanks? Shanks saw Luffy, but Luffy was unconscious, so he didn't see Shanks.

no they have not met yet , but it is certain to happen
luffy plans on taking out all the yonkou (you may not know who they are yet but shanks is one of them) so they will meet again as friends and fight as enemies , it has been predestined that dragon will meet luffy
