Itachi used KA using the other eye.
This means that Shisui must of had KA in both eyes (I mean if he had anything else, he woulda been OP as hell ).

Kakashi and Obito both have Kamui. I still don't understand why Obito can only teleport things he comes in touch with and Kakashi can teleport anything... But maybe they have the same jutsu (They probably don't but it's a maybe).

No, Obito can teleport stuff he doesn't touch. He teleported Danzo's men and Sasuke. Also, when he found Rin dead, I suspect he teleported everything, because the scene changed halfway through the chapter...

I'm quite sure he can't. Otherwise we would need someone to explain how come he didnt just teleport himself and some of the explosive tags away (during his fight with Konan), and then turn intangible when he got there.

well...obito's kamui is designed for defens purposes...and kakashi's kamui is designed for attack. did you saw obito actualy hurting someone with kamui? and did you saw kakashi using kamui for defense purposes like obito? (that epic thing with teleporting one part of the body). and is possible that both shisui's eyes have KA, but maybe thay don't have the same power of using KA.
