i have been wondering about this...since the enemies are ninjas with powerful eyes, why not attack their strong points? Just sprinkle a load of chillie powder on their eyes when madara and obito least expect it and then attacking them with full force....they won't be able to use eye techniques to defend themselves at that point of time.

And if they sprinkle huge amount of chillie powder on the juubi's eye(which i think it won't be able to evade) then the NO INFINITE TSUKUYOMI!!!!!!!!!
