they are spirit weapons and they got summoned with the sasunoo that was summoned with the sharingan itachi had......and even if your right they have itachi's body he should still have them PLUS the sword he used LOOK jus like the sealing sword but with the black flames and we kno know that the flames is because of his flame control SO he jus used the sealing blade and put black flames around it like he did with the bones of the sasunoo(he made flame spikes around the sasunoo)
