Most Underrated Ninja

Zetsu... sorry I actually registered for this site because I was browsing the forums and noticed there is absolutely no love for this guy. Let's be honest with ourself this guy is far beyond kage level in almost every aspect of being a ninja, and easily more dangerous than any of the present kage.
* The dude has absolutely amazing sensory skills
* He's near immortal from what I can tell, good luck finding and sealing/killing both halves
* He can use jutsu to move him at amazing teleportation like speeds
* He is extremely hard to detect
* He has massive chakra levels bordering on top 10 of all alive (non-reincarnated) without the demonic statue imo.
* With the demonic statues chakra I would put him at the top of the chakra list of all ninjas to ever exist maybe
excluding the Sage of Six paths.
* Very little is known about him by almost all ninja, making his jutsus all the more versatile and powerful.
* He makes stupid good clones

So I am not arguing that he is the best ninja out there or even top 3, I am just saying that if I were to pick a dream team of fighters this dude would make the list every time. Also once again, no love for Zetsu and his ability to completely change the rules for warfare.

Actually zetsu is a great reconnaissance ninja due to your first and last points. However in close combat/ ninjutsu he has little of an arsenal. White zetsu got soloed by the raikage in about 5 seconds. Black zetsu was fairly good at guerrilla tactics but that's about it. No where near immortal

What makes Zetsu a great ninja is that you will never see this guy confront anyone out of his league, yes raikage can tear him apart in about 1 second but he would never get the opportunity (I.E. Sasuke vs. the Kage where Zetsu just clowns on all 5 kage like they are jonin/chuunins). Zetsu attacks/assists from the shadows without ever presenting the enemy with a chance to take advantage of his weaknesses. This guy is one of the best support ninjas ever created, and I know he may be very easy to kill in an arena situation, but that's not what Zetsu does.

I wasn't really evaluating Gedo Mazo in my analysis, but I totally agree, it has more power than any ninja on the battlefield right now and from all appearances is near indestructible. Why ressurect 10 tails, why not let this go rampant for a little while first then bring ten tails out to finish them off?

Zetsu is support type ninja. It is no where near kage level though.
