Recently in the Manga, during the 1st hokage and madara flash back it was displayed that Madara had the ability to completely cover the nine tails in susano, hearing this from the 1st hokage, and obviously want to show off how much more skilled he is then Madara, I think Sasuke will cover Naruto in Susano to fight the Juubi, however I think due to the Uzumaki being linked to Senju, and Sasuke's Uchicha blood, that perhaps this could result in a Rinnegan.
However I'm suspecting that the Curse of Hatred, if lifted off one Uchicha will activate some sort of Sharingan that results in happyness in being reconnected with who activated or influenced the activation, perhaps a (strong)(er) doujutsu that hasn't been shown yet, perhaps the full staged Rinnegan as perhaps the Sage of the Six Paths could change between Rinnegan and an ever stronger one, this could be the reason that he was on such a higher level then Nagato and other Rinnegan users.
My reasoning is that with full susano wrapped around Naruto's (if minato has the yin charka of the Kyuubi to give to naruto) that it would result in some sort of acension where Naruto gains Sage of the Sixth Paths abilities, my reasoning for this is because the Sage created a world for the Jinchuriki's and their tailed beasts to converse, however the Kyuubi's Yin charka, (perhaps the part the sage is a part of in some way shape or form) would activate a full on change to Naruto, as naruto has been developing the use of the Kyuubi's Charka that he has started to take on a even more sage of the sixth paths look, perhaps the yin charka is all thats needed to finally accend to the next level. My reasoning for this is that the Kyuubi has would be the most unlikely to fully merge with a host, as he was considered the big badass of the 9 tailed beasts, being the strongest, the sage would of couse seal part of himself into the Kyuubi, perhaps predicting that the ten tails would once again be reincarinated.
