Oro called them that after Sasuke said he wanted to learn the truth. So when Sasuke said that and Oro said he'd take him to the ones who know everything he was simply implying the ones who know everything Sasuke was looking to learn. Don't get so hung up on the literal meaning of the words, especially when Japanese can be translated into English in multiple ways
