He was also known as the Toad Sage..
Along with Granny Tsunade and Creepy Oro they known as the legendary 3 Sannin of Konohagakure,
He also demonstrated being a capable teacher, under Jiraiya's tutelage Minato-Nagato-Naruto become Extraordinary Shinobi..

His Reputacy was so great that even powerful members of the S-rank criminal organisation Akatsuki were either easily subdued..
