If you mean that Kagami (and Shisui) will be shown in a flashback, perhaps when we get an explanation about the Uchiha massacre and Obito+Madara's reasoning, then you could be right.

But I can't imagine a time machine suddenly appearing in the middle of the battle, a man stepping out and yelling "What year is it!?"...
