minato is not the most powerful hokage

I dont know why ppl keep say minato is the most powerful hokage, its clear that no1 has surpassed hashirama and madara(i know madara was not hokage, but these two are clearly the most powerful ninjas ever known, excluding the So6p)....
no offense to hirezen. Minato is skilled but not that powerful(same as kakashi, kakashi knows 1000 jutsu, but has low chakra), theres a difference, take naruto as an example his powerful but not that skilled

I don't care how powerful Hashi is, I don't like DBZ level power. As cool as wood style is, it just seems too overpowered and uninteresting. I like Minato because I like his style. He's calm, intelligent, swift, and has surgical strike.

no its not cemented as they havent even fought to even prove anything all people on the base are doing now is jumping on the tobirama band wagon because hes getting some attention and it wasnt so long ago that tobirama was underestimated so i think people need to wait for the upcoming chapters to see who truly is the strongest hokage as when minato gets his far share of attention you can bet that people are going to claim his superiority to the other hokage

and i believe what minato meant by that "i completely fell short of all expectations" as he died after such a short time of being hokage he was never able to live up to the expectations also he claimed if he had lived he may have prevented the uchiha massacre
