Orochimaru doesn't even need to say the word "genius" for us to understand what he meant by it.....Orochimaru said "the fact that i used to be called a genius looks pitful" means Orochimaru is a genius and was called a genius.....Orochimaru says Sasuke is superior Genius then him.....this should easy to understand, but not everyone NB has a brain.

No. When Sasuke saw how strong Naruto got, he had a wake-up call of sorts. He realized that him staying in Konoha wouldn't give him the strength he needed. It was because he was a prodigy that he realized this. If the loser Naruto suddenly got stronger than a prodigy, then he must be doing something wrong in Konoha, it wasn't the place for him.

This is why he went to Oro, not out of fear, but because Konoha had nothing more to offer him, or at least in his eyes.
