I dont see any reason why Madara should sense Hashi. Is he a sensor ninja? He never showed any such feat and I dont think Rinnegan gave him sensing abilities since Nagato didnt have them either. Due to his senju dna? well then he should feel Hashi the same as remaining Zetsus because they are made from Hashi.

So, no, he cant feel him. Only sensors can feel from distances (as Tobirama) or large chakra can be sensed - Naruto, Juubi.

nah i think madara was waiting for them, he has the 10 tails and his mokuton stuff is connected to it, so the 10 tails doing the work of sensing strong and lots of flowing chakra and stuff like that, so thats why i think madara was waiting for them.

He has sensory skills, but just not good as Minato or Tobirama. And also, Madara just got a PIECE for Hashirama's power (Mokuton), not everything else.
