[Theory] Marines and SMILES theory

What if there's a huge war on Green Bit involving the Doffy pirates, Law & Luffy alliance and the marines. And the Marines escape with CC and CC knows he'll be executed for his crimes so he asks Akainu to allow him to make SMILES. And Akainu allows him and CC starts creating artificial DF's for the marines and due to this, he is protected by them from Kaido.

Plausible?

Regarding point 2, same thing goes for jewelry bonney, and yet she's still alive, if CC decides to help the marines by making the soldiers stronger Akainu might use him.

I don't think Akainu would let CC live. Although it is Fujitora on Dressrosa, not Akainu. So who knows.
But Cipher Pol aren't controlled by the Marines, not even Akainu has control over them, only the Gerosei and Kong do. So it wouldn't surprise me at all if they were to capture CC and keep the SMILES a secret from Akainu and the Marines, and the whole world in general.

And I meant that even if the Marines made SMILES, the WG is incharge of the Marines, so any power the marines have, it immediately goes towards the WG. Whereas if the WG make it and don't tell the marines, than there's no huge gain for the WG. Because with marines getting SMILES, their forces get stronger alongside the force of the WG.
