Now that we know that Shisui is indeed Kagami's son, we can talk about a family tree.

First family:

I believe that Kagami is Madara's son. This would show how he inherited the Will of Fire that Madara seemed to have when he was younger. It would add to the irony of him also gaining his beliefs from his father's rival. I also think that Obito is Kagami's first son, and Shisui's older brother. This would explain why he wanted his sharingan (for EMS), and how he was able to use a similar genjutsu to control Yagura.

Second family:

I used to believe that Fugaku was Izuna's son, making Sasuke and Itachi Izuna's grandchildren. This would explain how the Susano'o can stay in the bloodline, and why Sasuke looks similar to Izuna. However, the only fault in this is that Izuna seemed to die in his 20s and is unlikely to have had any children.

The only other possibility I can think of is if Fugaku is also Madara's son, which would explain why he became the head of the clan after Madara, and how the clan could have survived if Izuna died before he had children. Due to the whole importance of bloodlines and ancestors, I think we can guarantee that Obito, Shisui, Itachi and Sasuke are direct descendants of Tajima Uchiha.

I agree with you this could explain why how itachi-Sasuke and Obito-Shisui have some similarity to Izuna and Madara, +
something i got an idea of that could give little proof to your theory is that Madara as 90 years old helped Obito when he
was near to die in Kakashi arc because it is his grand son and he have similarity to his OP he had when he was on his prime.

Obito was an orphan with no siblings.... In Obito's flashback his dead parents pics were shown and his father was not Kagami in the pics.... =D =D

If Izuna had children, than Fugaku would be way to old I think.
Fugaku could have been Tsunade her grandfather in terms of age that way, so an extra name before him, has to be in the family line. There was this guy in the Uchiha, Uchiha Setsuna, who has a similar look in his face as Fugaku.

The photo's on with Obito's parents are so vague, they could just as well have been Kagami and his wife imo. Obito trying to get Shisui's eyes would be interesting as well, due to the EMS.
It could be true that Obito has nothing to do with Shisui as well though.

Nope, that wouldn't make much sense age wise fugaku is younger than tsunade kagami is hiruzen's age group

I would imagine if madara had a child they would be tsunade's parents age group making fugaku a grand child

While kishimoto did mess up shisui & kagami it now gives us insight
Shisui logically is around asuma's age likely he is younger more of the median age between asuma & itachi

Sasuke is a descendant from madara I believe however... obito, Kagami and shisui have no relation and obito and kagami have no direct association with each other either...

reason why i assume this is because of the sharingan abilities

They could be related through mikoto as sasuke resembles her a lot. I hope they will show fugaku's and mikoto's past, it's still surrounded by mysteries but anyway all uchihas are related at the end ans since only these 4 were shown we wouldnt know..xD

Couldn't also be possible that Itachi and Sasuke are Madara's great grandchildern...Fugaku could be the son of either daughter or son of Madara.Good theory though

I'm almost positive Madara didn't have any children. If Kagami was indeed Madara's son, then why didn't Tobirama or Hiruzen say so? The only thing that was said is that Shisui was Kagami's son. And if Itachi was best friends with Madara's grandson I'm sure they would've told Sasuke that.

In addition, Obito wanted Shisui's eye for the same reason Danzo wanted it -- regular use of the Koto Amatsukami since Obito has Senju DNA. Obito would not have gained EMS with only one eye anyway...I think it's pretty clear cut that they weren't brothers.

While I do respect your theory and optimism, I personally do not think any of these relations are possible.
