Even if the other jins were as 'simple' as Kakashi they still had larger chakra reserves.

Not all of the Jins could control their Kyuubis either.

But Obito definitely could.

Don't forget that sharingan is draining him way more than a normal Uchiha,because the body isn't 100% compatible with the eye.I think his chakra reserves are not that bad.
Kakashi created an S-rank jutsu when he was 13.He has excellent chakra control,and apart from sharingan,his body seems to be rather durable.
I think he could be a jinj.
And of course with unlimited chakra,he could solo the Narutoverse.Obito too.

a requirement to be a jinchurikee is to have high chakra already... Kakashi doesnt have that much chakra and as for obito i dont think he does either
