First of all, from today's manga, we have seen that Tobirama did not hate the Uchiha clan, he only despised their methods, style and way of acquiring power especially Madara Uchiha whom he hated.
When you look into his life history you will see that Tobirama died by acting as a diversion for his squad to be saved and this idea was suggested by an Uchiha, and it ultimately led to his death. So many people say they haven't heard of or seen Uchiha Kagami but if you actually watch the manga where Danzo was reflecting on the fact that Hiruzen Sarutobi was always ahead of him, you will definitely see Kagami Uchiha there. Kagami Uchiha was in the anime when Tobirama and the squad of leaf ninjas were being pursued by the guys from Kumogakure's that contained Kinkaku and Ginkaku (the Gold and Silver brothers), Tobirama and his squad discussed their options, and Kagami Uchiha was the one that suggested and said that ambush wouldn't work because the Kumogakure squad is too large and that instead a diversion was needed to save the rest, Danzo was scared of saying he will be the sacrifice for diversion but Hiruzen said it but Tobirama decided to make Hiruzen the new Hokage and went in for the diversion and got killed (therefore in a funny twist, he took an advice from an Uchiha and died)... Kagami was even mention during several debates that we had on NB about who Tobi was, some said it was Kagami because no one knew about his life after Tobirama's death. FTG is Tobirama's original technique if you go back and read where or before Minato fought Tobi... Also, if you read other translations of where Tobirama cut Izuna, it was stated clearly to be Flying Thunder God Sword Slash. Therefore that should hint that he had it and even when you read his bio on Naruto wiki, you will see it.
However it is not true that his FTG is better than Minato's... here are the reasons:
I will tell you what is true... Yes Tobirama does not use seals because he is a sensory type, so he can sense his enemies and teleport to where they are which I do not dispute...
However, Minato can also teleport to where his enemy is because he is a sensory type to an extent as well (may be he developed it later in life after saving his wife Kushina plus Kishi has not shown us all his jutsus including his Nature element type(s)), just that Tobirama is a better and deeper sensor like when he sensed Karin's clan because he already sensed an Uzumaki before, his brother's wife Mito was an Uzumaki

Now to tell you that Minato was better was because Minato was excellent at using seals because it allowed him use FTG level 2 and also to transport large objects like Kyubi or TBB... By using seals, he was able to go anywhere without thinking of the place or sensing someone, which enabled him to travel long distances from village to village or to wherever he placed the seal. Like he did when Tobi put a bomb on Naruto as a baby, he travelled without thinking of where or like he travelled so far with Kyubi, I doubt if Tobirama can go that far with a huge object like the Full Kyubi or like when he travelled to the Kunai he threw at Obito, Tobirama can't just travel through that space and that quick to a place that was in the air and strike a blow. Also minato mentioned that it was level 2, may be he even has more levels that Kishi hasn't shown us.
Minato also had better ground speed like Naruto which is greater than Tobirama's... if Tobirama's technique was better, he could have used FTG to kill almost all the Uchihas every time Senju and Uchiha clashed. He couldn't do that because there were so many ninjas and enemies every where and he can't use FTG that fast, but Minato's seals can afford him that Niche luxurious way of achieving FTG to an even quicker level especially in times of emergency
So please analyse these things before hand and see the truth with Minato's techniques
Tobirama was the best at it in his generation and he was probably the founder of teleportation or FTG but his time is long gone and his jutsus have been perfected even more just like the Edo tensei was perfected more by Oro and Kabuto... Minato has increased the FTG to different level and he does it with seals for a reason; and knowing Minato, he is always efficient in his tactics and fighting style, so using seals is probably more efficient and effective than just sensing, in the sense that even if the seal was in another village, he could teleport there, or even if it is on an object that is on the move, he could still go to it.
He uses seals to perfect the location of where he wants to go like a GPS... It is just like you telling me not to use GPS or SatNav when I drive; that it is better for me to drive by simply looking at signs and sensing which turn to take and get to my destination, thus increasing the probability and percentage of getting to the wrong place. Hence, with this empirical evidence, I hope you understand my point now and my hypothesis
In retrospect of those who have disagreed, I can't stop you from doing so, but this how people didn't believe me when I said Sasuke will turn good (people said he has to fight Naruto, and I said they will still fight because he will turn evil again thanks to talk no jutsu from either Obito or Madara who are good at exploiting the smallest evil in a person OR Orochimaru might steal Sasuke's body now that he has let his guard down about Orochimaru... Meanwhile, Orochimaru has taken the first step by acquiring Zetsu's body which possesses the chakra and DNA of Hashirama which rivals the techniques of an Uchiha, and at the same time, when he gets Sasuke, he can easily achieve the Rennigan with Zetsu's DNA.. This is where Naruto will then have to fight him to save Sasuke in Naruto Vs. Sasuke part 2, and beat the f**k outta Oro to bring him back to his good self)
