Sorry but no. The mountain is reserved for Hokage and Danzo was not a real Hokage in that he was not elected and appointed himself to the position in war time. Yes he deserves recognition for trying to help the village but not the Hokage mountain. If everyone who helped protect the village were up there Itachi'd have a spot with kakashi/Guy/Ino-Shika-Cho from every generation/ and all kinds of others.
