The only reason I'm skeptical of Sasuke's sudden turn to rainbowland is this:
Remember this? Naruto predicted that if he and Sasuke fought, they would both die.
The final fight between Naruto and Sasuke has been foreshadowed for some time, and it was even stated that when the time came, it would be NARUTO's duty to save his friend, not Hashirama.
So my opinion? Obito (and possibly Madara) will tempt Sasuke in some way and turn him over, perhaps offering him a chance to be with his Parents and Itachi in the dream world.
I think that Obito will use Sasuke because of the following:
We already know that Obito doesn't trust Madara.
Given his attitude, it might be safe to say that Obito never planned on reviving Madara in the first place (remember it was Kabuto who eventually did it). His excuse is that Nagato "died" and couldn't perform Rinne Tensei but look at this:
and this:
So Obito was planning on Sasuke making the sacrifice for Rinne Tensei. Granted the first image may have been Obito posing as Madara but the second (where he is talking to Zetsu, who knows his identity) shows his true intentions. One cannot control the Juubi or Gedo Mazo without Rinnegan, is Sasuke meant to unlock it eventually? In any case, Obito was planning for Sasuke to give his life so that HE could become the 10 tailed host and "become complete" which means no Madara being revived to take it from him.
Why would Sasuke do that when he has just made his decision to protect the village? Because he will eventually turn back to darkness and Naruto will have to pull him back out for their final fight/confrontation that has been foreshadowed from forever until this point.
Keep in mind I WANT Sasuke to be good, and it'll be epic if he teams up with Naruto for a bit before his turn.
