Why am I banned?

Hey, I was wondering why I am banned? Did I break any rules?
My account isn't banned, but I am unable to log in with my net. (Currently I'm using a friends net which is why I can do this)
When I try to log in with my net it says:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I don't know where else to ask about this cause this is the only place I chat in.
Edit: Maybe this is a system bug and people have experienced it before?

your net may have been hacked and someone downloaded a illegal movie using your net thus the crime points to you. this happen to me once, call the guys there tell them that your net was taken over and there is a strong possibility that they will reopen it.

Could you provide me with a screenshot of the banned message? I can't find a reason why you wouldn't be able to login on your pc but your friends. Your account is not banned, the ip is not banned, and if it was banned you wouldnt get that message.
