I was a Sasuke fanboy. BUt he can't get it. Madara implanted it in himself and it only activated when he was about to die of old age.

That is all u need. The rest hasnt been proven yet but all madara did was have ems and hashi's dna and he unlocked it before he died. Probably took so long because his body was weak from being near death after his battle.

obito doesnt have two eyes of his own, you need EMS in both eyes, then senju dna.
