The Hashirama vs Madara fight last time was very different. Madara now has several advantages that he didn't have earlier:

1) Rinnegan
2) Juubi (Juubi > Kyuubi)
3) Hashirama's powers
4) Invulnerable Edo Tensei body

Hashirama won the last battle but not by a wide margin. I don't think Hashirama could win a 1-on-1 battle with him anymore.
