In a way yes, but Karuma was the one that dealt the final blow

When against Kakashi?

Obito's Arrogance and overconfidence missed key factors of the fight that allowed Kakashi to not only figure out his ability, but also use it against him.

Once when he hit him with the kunai the second was when he warped BM naruto into his demension and Naruto Bitch slapped Obito's mask off with a Rasengan!

Naruto being there caused Minato's death. If hadn't had to protect Naruto or Kushina, Minato would've handled that fight differently and probably not gotten himself stabbed.
