Why will tobirama would say "this time i will kill u madara".This sure that he encounter Madara before but could not killed him because he was superior.Tobrama have Hashirama ,Minato ,Hiruzen,Lord sasuke and others at his side then the chances of winning the war and beating Madara his high.
