ST jutsu thats it!!!, in no way will it ever be as fast as minato, thats what minato is known for, all he's going to do is some strong water attacks XD thats it he's not even a main chara. he died by a hand full of ninja minato, hashi, MADARA....sh*t nobody strong, i mean really strong, would ever died like that, the only thing he has is the blood of senju and being hashi's brother, now for tech. and jutsu....dont hold your breath.
