Is the Kyuubi at 50% of it's power or....?

Well,Minato said that he sealed only half of the Kyuubi in Naruto and Half of it is in Shiki Fujin tech.(The Death God).and as Kurama or any other Bijuu is physical form of a mass of Chakra,so maybe he regenerated inside Naruto.And as we do not see any problem with his body parts like with Orochimaru(by Shiki Fujin), maybe he did regenerate and even if he is sealed inside The Death Reaper is he freed when Oro freed seals of Shiki or did he just remove the seals of the Hokages???

Yes, Kurama is at 50% power. He sealed Kuramas Yang Chakra which allows it to physically manifest itself.

i feel like the only person who has access to it and knowledge of it are probably oro, due to the crazy hax mask he has. oro with three kages and 9tails, helluva drug..

Minato would have to do what Orochimaru did when releasing the Kage. He would have to put on the mask and release Kurama's Chakra. Which, actually considering he's an Edo wouldn't kill him. Technically releasing the seal on the kage should've killed Orochimaru but he used the Body Replacement Technique to transfer into one of the Zetsu. Minato has it one better by being an Edo, so he can slice his belly, release the chakra and it would, if it follows, return to Naruto who would then be OP beyond belief.

Still Oro won't have control over Kurama's half and maybe it will seek it's other half on beeing freed,no point in arguing over it though.We just have to wait for the Manga...

I been asking that same question. I think Kurama is 50%, because Minato seperated his yin and yang chakra, and it wasnt sealed in the Reaper but Minato himself. Although I still am questioning like if this is 50% during the war how strong is Kurama? I mean its already clear that he is far stronger than Bees Bujin the 8tails, Kurama took on the TTB combo from 5 Tailed beast at 50%, that part is why it seem a bit far to believe for me.

It's logical to think that the kyuubi should be at 100% due to the fact that Orochimaru's hand came back to him. hmm
