Basically I could do whatever the hell I want. I could kill ninjas just by thinking it, make myself immune to all types of genjutsu, perform any jutsu, or even give any ninja chronic fart syndrome for laughs. Mwah ha ha ha ha

But if you meant to say I have to pick from known Naruto Jutsu's then, Eternal Tsukuyomi, because it's basically a "Make anything I want happen" jutsu

Kage bunshin no jutsu, you know how incredible that would be? having 20 clones of yourself studying each individual section of the readings before your final?

not to mention the implications to the world. doing something 20x faster than others, one can learn almost anything. Pyschics and beyond. what someone could take a lifetime to do you, you can do in 1/20 of the time. i think it would be very exciting and cool to contribute like that.
